After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

Counselling ke liye call kiye gaye list me v discrepancy hai. Jab gen me 1524 rank tak call ke liye bulaya gaya hai to fir 1524 se niche rank me jakar dekha jaye to reservation wale candidate allowed limit se jyada hote hain jo gen wale ka loss hai. Agar post ki choice ko dekha jay to GEN se at list 1800 tak rank wale ko counselling me bulaya jana aniwarya hai. Ispar kindly brothers focus karo sabhi.

550 ranking ke baad 158 ranking tak 95 ko chood kar baaki sabhi log BC MBC hai yadi in logo ko SA chahiye tab in logo ko aapni aapni reserved cat me jana hoga , iska matalab ye hua ki abhi jo log 1523 ranking me BC MBC hai wo log gen ki hi seat khali karenge maine isi adhar per bola tha ki gen 1800 rank tak ke logo ko call kiya jaega agali counciling me.

gen ko 1524 rank tak councelling k liye bulane ka kya arth hai jabki 1571 tak bulana chaiye tha . Yeh BSSC galatiya par galtiya karta ja raha hai. Sayad Bssc ke hi kuchh log ise cancel karane me sahyog kar rahe hain. Mere hisab se BSSC jab final model answer aur sabhi ka setwise marks jari karega us samay court sirf cancel ke matter ko entertain karega. Hum mante hai ki BSSC ke sabhi log imandar hai lekin exam conduct karne me bilkul nakabil aur ayogya hai. Isliye age ki sabhi prakriya ke liye unsabko hatakar naye saksham logo ko niyukta karna chahiye ya abse sabhi exam ke lie high court ko hi de dena chahiye kyonki ab tak ke sare exam me hc ne hastakshep kiya hai. Isse candidate ke valuable time ka bachat hoga. Plz comment.

bhaiyo, BSSC ke site par mains ka marks aa gaya hai aur isse 1 baat clear hai ki sabo ke copy ka correction nahi kiya gaya hai. mera rank 2700 ke karib hai aur mujhe marks mile hai 411. main 100 % confirm hoon ki mujhe kisi bhi haal me 432 ( 108 qs) se kam nahi aana chahiye tha. i think by giving marks BSSC has open a pandora box of litigation. this exam will be cancelled or else BSSC will have to go for reevaluation
bssc given me 406 marks but i am 100% sure that after correction (i.e.13 questions,q nos. 5,8,21,69,82,88,97,98,111,119,123,144,145 )my number will be 444,but bssc has not revised my answer seet...

bssc have to give all question paper and their model answer so that candidates can check their marks from the carbon copy of answer seet, but bssc is not fair,this marks is given after the meeting of delegation of aisf with Secretary of bssc, the delegation have said to load all question paper and their but at present bssc had not load it,may be they will do it tomorrow.....

delegation of aisf also said to load photo copy of answer seet of all candidate of mains as bssc done in GLC2010 pt,but Secretary of bssc has refused this,they said that this is not possible,on the question of why they are in hurry of counselling,they said we have pressure from higher level,aisf ask is there is any written order for it Secretary of bssc said,"no the order is in oral form,you may challenge it in court"....

Marks of candidates at the bottom~ GEN=11 , BC=27 , MBC=5 , ST=7. It is surprising how they were able to get through PT.
I have done 109 right and 30 wrong from bssc first answer seet,so i got 306marks according to first answer seet
after correction (as they have given copy of expert committee recommendation to the delegation of aisf i.e.q.no.5,8,21,69,82,88,97,98,111,119,123,144,145 and their answers according to bssc expert are respectively 5-c,8-c,21-B,69-D,82-B+C,88-delete,97-delete,98-D+A,111-delete,119-A+D,123-delete,144-B,145-B )
so accoding to new answer my new score is 116 q correct,3 q deleted,20 q wrong
so my new score is (116*4)-20=444marks,
but bssc have given me only 406marks,so they have not corrected my answers seet according to the new answer,they done the blunder mistake ,they given 4 marks and -1 marks to the different candidate for the same answer......

It is clear that BSSC has not corrected answers seet according to the new answer and bssc has not revised corrected/deleted some questions /answers .
guys, i told u earlier we should not tolerate or give any leeway to BSSC . please stand up and get ready for the fight. this is gross injustice. how can an exam which is supposed to mend one's career be conducted in such a mess. the secretary should resign immediately for playing truant with the career of so many students. how can BSSC delete q.no. 111. there are many students who didn't touch qs. no. 124, 125( syllogism) as there were two answers for these( and also due to negative marks fear). anyone who had ticked any option would have got8 marks extra. what is the fault of those candidates who didn't touch these questions. we are being taken for a ride by BSSC. please donate and extend your full support to AISF. no argument will validate the reasons for such gross mistakes. the courts are the biggest abode of injustice. we will have to fight it out to get our due. no amendment or changes could bring justice to everyone but cancellation will. ( please forgive me if ever i hurt someone's feelings)

Bina answer correct kiye bssc ne copy evaluate kar diya hai is baat se mai bhi sahmat nahi hun bcz bssc itni badi galti nahi kar sakta hai..lekin bssc dwara only 4 question ko delete karna..kuch question ka answer abhi bhi galat dena do-do answer manna..adure question ka bhi answer dena.english-hindi me question me antar hona se mai sahmat nahi hun..ye koi pre ka exam to tha nahi ..final exam tha ek ek marks par 150+ student aa rahe hai..jo log court jane ki baat kar rahe hai unse bhi mai sahmat nahi hun..ye kya laga rakha hai bssc ne har exam me court jao..court ko hi de do exam conduct karane bssc ki kya jarurat hai..apne establishment se lekar abtak usne ek bhi exam sahi se nahi karaya hai..har exam me court case
Dear Sir,
Uploaded marks is nothing but a bloody crime. Without marks I was confirmed that I would be lowerer to others. But after seeing my marks, I am sure that it is blunder. If any BSSC official proves my number is correct then I will resign from my current job and never apply any of BSSC exam. No doubt my marks is more than 390. How anybody can diagnosed (?)it for 354? I think BSSC has prepared a merit list and after controversy they made nos from his own paper calculation.
P.s.law students:- suggest for further application.

Latest: According to ETV Bihar Patna High court has stayed the recommendation of bssc sachwalay examination. It has issued the notice to bssc, bihar government and economic intelligence group. Next hearing on 1st March.

Such low marks in PT might have been justified.But in MAINS it appears mysterious.Just imagine 5,7,11 and 27 marks out of 150 ! Why cross colouring was not done in PT by them ?

मंगलवार को न्यायाधीश मिहिर कुमार झा की पीठ ने धनंजय कुमार मिश्रा सहित दर्जनों याचिकाओंपर सुनवाई करते हुए यह आदेश दिया। अदालत ने इस बात को लेकर हैरानी जाहिर की है कि परीक्षा में धांधली की शिकायत मिलने के बावजूद आयोग ने 6 फरवरी को फाइनल मेरिट लिस्ट कैसे निकाल दिया? सुनवाई में अधिवक्ता दीनू कुमार ने कोर्ट से कहा कि अपराध अनुसंधान की छापामारी में जगजाहिर हो चुका है कि परीक्षा की उत्तरपुस्तिका में हेराफेरी की गयी। जांच में इस बात की जानकारी मिली कि 4 से लेकर 8 लाख रूपया लेने के बाद असफल अभ्यर्थियों को सफल कराया गया। 17 लड़कों को पकड़ा भी गया। इसके बावजूद आयोग ने मनमाने तरीके से मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार कर दिया। यह मामला सचिवालय सहायक एवं प्रखंड स्तर के पर्यवेक्षकों की नियुक्ति का है। इसके लिए 2010 में विज्ञापन निकाला गया था। कुल मिलाकर 3285 पदों के लिए नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू की गयी थी। इसमें अनेक प्रकार की गड़बड़ियों की शिकायत मिलने के बाद सफल प्रत्याशियों का पिछले माह मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार कर दिया गया।

PATNA: The Patna high court on Tuesday directed the state government not to make appointment of secretariat assistants till any decision is made on the writ petitions challenging the selection test results. The State Staff Selection Commission had published the result on February 7 in a very short time after the written test was conducted on January 27.
A single bench of Justice Mihir Kumar Jha passed the order while hearing a set of writ petitions of Dhananjay Kumar, Arun Kumar and others challenging the results of secretariat assistant selection test conducted by the State Staff Selection Commission. The court directed the state government, the commission and DIG, economic offence unit, to file counter affidavits to the writ petitions by March 1.
The petitioner's counsel, Dinu Kumar, Abhinav Srivastava and others, submitted that the advertisement for the post of secretariat assistant was published only one January 17 and the commission conducted the written test and published results in a haste despite the objection raised by the petitioners. The petitioners also pointed out that the economic offence unit of the state police had earlier conducted raid on the commission premises and found tampering of answer sheets.

पटना हाइकोर्ट ने दिया कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को निर्देशपटनात्नपटना हाइकोर्ट ने कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को सचिवालय सहायकों के चयन के लिए अंतिम सूची जारी करने पर रोक लगा दी है. अदालत ने लिखित परीक्षा में पास आवेदकों की काउंसेलिंग पर रोक नहीं लगायी है, लेकिन मंगलवार को हुई सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि वह चयनित आवेदकों की अंतिम सूची जारी रहीं करे. न्यायाधीश मिहिर कुमार झा की अदालत ने कहा कि जब इतने बडे. पैमाने पर गड.बड.ी हुई और पकडे. गये लोगों ने कन्फेसनल स्टेटमेंट में कहा कि वह आयोग में उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की हेराफेरी करने गये थे. इसके बाद भी किस आधार पर परिणाम जारी किया गया है. अदालत ने आर्थिक अपराध कोषांग के आइजी को हलफनामा दायर करने का आदेश दिया है. इस मामले में एक मार्च को अगली सुनवाई होगी. अदालत ने आयोग से यह भी बताने को कहा है कि इतनी गड.बड.ी के बाद भी क्यों नहीं मुख्य परीक्षा पर रोक लगायी गयी. धनंजय कुमार व अन्य की ओर से याचिका दायर कर मेरिट लिस्ट को चुनौती दी गयी है. याचिका में कर्मचारी चयन आयोग पर कई गड.बड.ियों के बाद भी रिजल्ट जारी करने का आरोप लगाया गया है. आयोग ने 3285 पद के लिए 25792 अभ्यर्थियों की सूची जारी की है. इस मामले में आर्थिक अपराध कोषांग में मामला (96/32) दर्ज है.
इंजीनियरों की सूची पर भी रोक
अदालत ने इंजीनियरों की बहाली के लिए हुई परीक्षा के बाद अंतिम सूची जारी करने पर भी रोक लगा दी है. इस परीक्षा के दौरान कुछ लोग हेराफेरी के आरोप में पकडे. गये थे.

abhi mains ke case ki jarrurat hi nahi padegi, agar padgai to mains ka exam galat question/answer ke aadhar per ESI ki tarah hi iska bhi hal hoga.

Sahi hai udas mat hona bhai. mera v wo set ni tha jo bssc par dala gaya matlab saf hai ki jo v hua sab ke sath hua. khud mere circle me 5 logo ka wo set ni tha but savi under 500 hai.
Yaar lagta hai court ko is baat par andhere me rakha gaya hai ki uttarpustika hereferi karne ki ghatna PT ki hai. Jab Hc ko ye pata chalega ki ye ghatna mains se related nahi hai to court kya reaction dega...mujhe lagta hai ulte case karne waali party se na puchhe ki ghatna hone aur mains exam ke between Jo timeperiod tha usme we kya kar rahe the.
