After a long wait, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally published the revised result. Total 27289 students have been declared successful in revised result which include earlier successful students. Honorable Patna High Court on 30 October, 2012, had rejected the bunch of petitions filled against result of first graduate level examination. But the Court had ordered not to fail those 935 students who were declared successful in preliminary result but were failing after revaluation of answer sheets. According to the Commission total 1415 new students succeeded in revaluation. But problem arose, when some candidates scores were equal or more than those candidates who were not in the passed list. To short out this problem Commission sought suggestion from General Administration department. In turn, General Department sought guidance from Department of Law. After more than one and half month, General Administration Department sent its suggestion to the Commission. One can say that BSSC might have avoided this delay. It should have sought suggestions from Bihar Public Service Commission, which had faced similar situation in 53-55th preliminary result. But BPSC declared the result within a week without seeking guidance from any departments. Any way, successful students should now concentrate on mains examination which is the most important phase.

plz note that percentage of Nitrogen which is 79 percent remains same in both air inhaled and air exhaled.
Oxygen decreases from 21 to 17 percent.
Plz mark that CO2 increases from just 0.03 percent to 4 percent.
Now, what is produced during respiration is CO2, which increases..
About 4 percent of oxygen is converted into Carbon-di-oxide during chemical reaction.
Again, what is consumed is Oxygen, which is decreased. The 17 percent oxygen which consist exhaled air is unused oxygen not the product of respiration.
Nitrogen is also inhaled and exhaled ..so can we say that Nitrogen is product of respiration... No Rajiv ji...

WATER is also consumed in photosynthesis. So by your logic it should also not be a common product.
Rajeev ranjan ji...may I intervene....the amount of oxygen coming out is not the product of respiration. 17% is unused oxygen after consumption of 4% from 21%. One thing more u r talking about exhaletion,respiration occours in cells where oxygen burn to yield energy.
Swetank suman ji ...allow me ....ur doubt is a about Q69. U r talking about DNA fingerprinting. But option A is finger print. Not related with DNA finger print in any manner. In finger print DNA technology is not used. There,is only needed a magnifying glass & some study of palm skin. Re- DNA is mainly used in identifying DNA related things,vaccination & in small proportion in producing antibody.
Dear friends, I am already working in 4200 grade pay and also appear in main exam but unfortunately I could not reach 4600 pay due to some mistake by bssc.If i would attempt 3 or 4 question more OR bssc set a right Question/answer I definetly reach 4600 grade pay.
But friends you know that human nature is optimistic so i hope if bssc revised some wrong answer/question like q.no.66,69,124,125,111,123,147 & 148.MANY NEEDY CANDIDATES DREAM WOULD BE FULFILED.
ok. i can assure u all that had BSSC foloowed the standard procedures of evaluating the talent the results and merit could have been in different colurs.

we all should stand up and fight against the autocratic behaviour of BSSC. general candidates have been most affected by the jugglery of BSSC. why should we suffer a loss of even half a mark due to the mistakes of BSSC. let's fight till our last breath to bring justice to those who havebeen at the receiving end of this injustice. even one question could solve many unresolved questions in one's life. i feel pity on those people who advocate in favour of BSSC.how can one be so selfish !. an injustice meted out to even one person will ruin his/her life forever. a single question for a general candidate is the lifeline for him. there is a conspiracy on the part of govt to throw general candidates on the streets. we should unitedly fight for this. please come forward and if you can't don't demean the justified efforts of others.
friends present merit list ke anusar kitne rank wale general candidate ko SA milane ka chance hai.many of the higher rank candidates already in job in gp/4200 and higher gp since last 3-5 years will join/ accept other than SA post.

Possible only after development of this technology. This is done through "restriction fragment length polymorphisms" RFLP. Pattern of RFLP is unique for every individual. It can be used as a molecular fingerprint.

general candidates jo 450-500 rank tak hai sirf unhe hi kuch milk sakta hai. otherwise bahut muskil hai.

amit jee, TA kewal patna me milta hai. patna me HR 20%, jis towen ka population 50000 se adhik hai waha HR 10%, 50000 se kam population wale towen me 7.5% aur rural area me 5% HR bihar govt deti hai. no objection certificate ki aage kab jarurat padegi, eska mujhe idea nahi hai. lekin ye allready diya huaa hai.

respiration kya hai? aapke hisab se naak se saans lena aur chhod dena hi respiration hai. lekin aisa nahi hai. respiration ek system hai, jisme O2 aur CO2 ka exchange hota hai. 17% jo O2 nikalti hai wo usi 21% O2 me se unused hai. jab es 17% O2 ka use hi nahi huaa to ye kaise kah sakte hai ki ye respiration ka product hai.

BSSC ko dar hai ki court exam ko canceel karne ka order n de de.isliye counselling ke liye court ke faisla ka intzar kar rah hai
total seats reserved for general is 1571. if u calculate the seats occupied by bc/obcs till 1571 it comes to nearly 720. moreover there are seats reserved for sc/sT and women. so total seats left out for general candidates comes down to a little over 500. the exact reservation of seats is SC- 521, ST- 98, EBC - 615, Bc-351, BC (W)- 351, General -1571.
bhai , pls tell me how this merit list has been prepared. if u go through the original application it is mention under column 8 that merit list wil be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Mains exam and it will be according to job options and category wise. if indeed this criteria has been followed then reservation issue has already been considered and everyone till 3285 rank will get a little pie of it. but if it is not followed then general candidates till the rank of 600 only could hope for something

cerificate cum counselling ka notice bssc ke site pe left hand column mein niche se third suchana patt mein dekhe.
Dharmendraji aap dusre pc par khol kar dekhe kabhi kabhi kisi pc par aisa hota hai lekin uske baad bhi agar apko na suchna mile to aap apna roll no hume de hum apko apka counselling date bata denge.

Maine suna hai ki is result per koi 4-5 group ne alag-alag writ kiya hai ye to ek case hai baki case ke bare ke yadi kisi ke pas koi suchna ho to post karen specifically AISF dwara file kiye gaye case ke bare me.
Sare cases ek hi Judge ke bench me file hue the.So sare case dismissed ho gaye honge.But i am not 100% sure.

maine pahle bola tha sirf jo top 750 rank tak general candidates(overall) me sirf unhi ko kuch mil payega. bihar ke kisi bhi exam me general ka seat kabhi bhi 12.5%-15% se jyada nahi hota hai

jag ji, last ranking of general ( overall)hai 780. jo bhai 1574 ke upar general me hai (aur aise total sirf-770-800 tak hai) unhi ko kuch mil sakta hai therwise agar overall 400 se upar general candidates nahi join karte hai tab jakar koi scope banta hai. sali ye system general ki jaan le legi. ek to itna mehnat karo upar se 5 question galat aur agar birodh karo to koi sunne wala nahi hai. police bhi dande marti hai aur court case ko dismiss kar deta hai. it's high;ly frustrating.
friends,medical certificate required in bssc proforma is for all candidates or it applys only those who have some discrepancy/ or come under category physically handicapped.

लाठीचार्ज के खिलाफ मनाया काला दिवस
घटना को मानवाधिकार व अनूसूचित जाति-जनजाति आयोग में ले जाएगा एआईएसएफ
पटना (एसएनबी)। सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा में कथित धांधली के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन कर रहे एआईएसएफ के छात्रों पर सोमवार को हुए लाठीचार्ज से आक्रोशित छात्रों ने मंगलवार को कालादिवस मनाया। आक्रोशित छात्रों ने पटना कॉलेज से शहीद भगत सिंह चौक तक मार्च किया। छात्रों ने काला बिल्ला लगाकर विरोध प्रकट किया। छात्रों ने सरकार के खिलाफ जमकर नारे लगाये। छात्रों ने परीक्षा में धांधली की जांच कराने और परीक्षा रद्द करने की मांग की। मार्च के दौरान छात्रों ने लाठी-गोली की सरकार नहीं चलेगी, लाठीचार्ज के दोषी सिटी एसपी जयंतकांत को बर्खास्त करो, सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा रद्द करो आदि नारे लगा रहे थे। शहीद भगत सिंह चौक पर पहुंच कर मार्च सभा में तब्दील हो गया। सभा को संबोधित करते हुए एआईएसएफ के राज्य सचिवमंडल सदस्य सुशील कुमार ने कहा कि विगत 11 महीनों से आंदोलनरत छात्रों की बात सुनने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री या सरकार के किसी नुमाइंदे के पास समय नहीं है। एक बजे रात में स्ट्रांग रूम का ताला खोलने वाले माफिया को एसटीएफ ने पकड़ा। धांधली उजागर हुई। इसके बावजूद परीक्षा रद्द करने के बजाए सरकार छात्रों पर लाठियां चलवा रही है। इसके खिलाफ एआईएसएफ 20 व 21 फरवरी को राज्यव्यापी रेल व रोड जाम करेगा। संगठन के राज्य पार्षद प्रिंस कुमार ने कहा कि राज्यव्यापी आंदोलन के तहत बुधवार को एआईएसएफ राजेन्द्र नगर टर्मिलन पर रेल चक्का जाम करेगा। सभा की अध्यक्षता करते हुए छात्र नेता मो हदीश ने कहा कि बर्बरतापूर्ण तरीके से सिटी एसपी के नेतृत्व में पुलिस ने छात्रों पर लाठीचार्ज किया जिसमें घायल छात्र सुभाष पासवान की स्थिति गंभीर है। सिटी एसपी की करतूत को संगठन राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग और अनूसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति आयोग में ले जाएगा। सभा के दौरान विश्वजीत सन्याल, मनीष कुमार, अरमान, मो. कासिफ, विजय कुमार सहित दर्जनों छात्र मौजूद थे। उधर सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे छात्रों पर पुलिस द्वारा लाठी चार्ज की घटना को कई संगठनों ने निंदा की है। पटेल नौजवान संघर्ष समिति के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष डॉ. दिनेश पटेल एवं राष्ट्रीय महासचिव नागेन्द्र वर्मा ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा कि सचिवालय सहायक परीक्षा को रद्द करने की मांग कर रहे छात्रों पर पुलिस ने बर्बरता दिखायी और उनकी जमकर पिटाई कर दी। जिसमें कई छात्र गंभीर रूप से जख्मी हो गये, जो निंदनीय है। अपनी गलती छुपाने के लिए छात्रों की पिटाई कर सरकार अपनी जवाबदेही से बच नहीं सकती है। इसके लिए समिति की ओर से संघर्ष किया जाएगा। वहीं, बिहार स्वाभिमान मंच के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष आजाद अमर कुमार एवं उपाध्यक्ष प्रद्युमन कुमार एवं अजय कुमार ने छात्रों की पिटाई कर जख्मी किये जाने की कड़ी निंदा की।

bihar ki kismat kharab hai. pahle lalu raj me vacancu banduk ki nok par set ho jati thi ya vacancies hoti hi nahi thi. sochiye un bando ka jinka dt. of birth 1975 ke aas pas hai unke samay me kuch bhi nahi niklata tha aur us waqt banks ki vacancies bhi 100-150 aati thi. aaj unki age itni nahi hai ki koi competition de paye. ye vacancy nikla to waise bhai log bahut mehnat kiye ki last time me jiwan sudhar le parantu aisa BSSC walo ne nahi hone diya. what if they revolt and pick up arms or commit suicide. it's a pity !. please stand up for the cause and suffering of every concerned person. this is grave injustice ki 3300 seat me sirf 500 hi general jaye
Math/Eco/Stat wale ka merit list kyo nahi nikala gaya hai?

jssc cutoff par kuch toh effect padega.....kyonki around 50-60 student bssc hi lega....so might be cutoff reduces around 435.....if u got more than 450 then u r safe...440+ have good chance...cutoff may reduce till 435 for s,a, in gen...but now 450+ is more than safe in gen for s.a.....

it is just because of apathy of general people that govt has been continuosly doing injustices to us. this country is a failed one, very much similar like the Banana republic. the most pathetic situation is of students espwcially of general candidates. why others are judged as per their caste while General candidates are judged by their marks. Don't you think this is injustice. ??/ the seats reserved for BC/ SC/St cannot be infringed upon by general candidates but General candidates seats are open to all. why is this so ?? why is it so that only top ranking will be termed as general ?? this malaise is getting deeper down our generations and if not corrected in near future will spew venoms ultimately. the hindus and muslims are not so divided by the politics of governance as much as the sub caste within hindu community.
the reasoning given in favour of such undue advantages to other castes is that the generations mistakes are being corrected . i ask you all if at all our forethers discriminated against other caste is it fair enough to repeat the same in today's society ?? one wrong can never be corrected by another wrong . if at all govt is serious about their upliftment , it should reserve govt contracts for them, or reserve Cm ?Pm posts for them. why r they making castles over the grave of general candidates.

UPSC me v aisa hi hota hai. lekin BSSC aisa nahi karne jaa raha hai. counselling me bulaye jane wale logo ki ranking dekhne k baad mai aisa bol raha hu. GEN me 1524 rank tak ko bulaya jaa raha hai. aap jaisa bol rahe hai agar waisa BSSC karta to GEN rank me 2500 tak k logo ko bulaya jaa sakta tha. esliye aap supreme court ka order nikal kar rakhiyega. eski jarurat padne wali hai. agar aap nahi gaye to 1524 se upar rank wale ko court me jana chahiye.

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the Constitutional validity of civil services examination rule giving the option of availing quota benefit to reserved category candidates making it to the merit list in the general category, saying it protects the interests of underprivileged.
A five-judge Bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan, said allowing such migration was to "arrest arbitrariness and to protect interests of meritorious reserved category candidates."
However, it made it clear that "seats vacated by meritorious reserved category candidates in the General Pool will be offered to General category candidates."
The Bench set aside the decision of the Madras High Court holding as ultra vires Rule 16(2) of the UPSC.
The apex court in an unanimous verdict said "Rule 16 protects the interests of Reserved Category candidate selected in the general (unreserved) category by giving him the option either to retain his position in the open merit category or to be considered for a vacancy in the Reserved Category.
"The need for incorporating such a provision is to arrest arbitrariness and to protect the interests of the Meritorious Reserved Category candidates," it said.
Holding that the rule in essence protects the pledge outlined in the Preamble of the Constitution, the Bench said by its operation, the reserved status of meritorious reserved category candidate is protected as his better performance does not deny him of chance to be allotted to more preferred service.
"If such rule is declared redundant and unconstitutional vis-a-vis Article 14, 16 and 335 then the whole object of equality clause in the Constitution would be frustrated and the meritorious reserved category candidates selected as per the general qualifying standard would be disadvantaged," the Bench, also comprising Justices S H Kapadia, R V Raveendran, B Sudershan Reddy and P Sathasivam ruled.
The Bench said that candidates availing benefit of the rule and adjusted in the reserved category should be counted as a part of reserved pool for the purpose of computing the aggregate reservation quotas.
"The reserved category candidates, who are selected on merit and placed in the list of General/Unreserved category candidates can choose to migrate to the respective reserved category at the time of allocation of services. Such migration as envisaged by Rule 16 (2) is not inconsistent with Rule 16 (1) or Articles 14, 16 (4) and 335 of the Constitution," the Bench said.

Appointment in Assistant grade.—(1) In the grade of Assistant, 75% of posts shall be filled by direct recruitment on the basis of competitive examination held from time-to- time by Bihar Staff Selection Commission for this purpose. The educational and other qualification, syllabus etc. for the competitive examination shall be determined by a regulation made by the cadre controlling authority in consultation with the Bihar Staff Selection Commission in persuasion of subsection (2) of Section-9 and subsection (2) of section 19 of the Act.(2)(i) In the grade of Assistant, remaining 25% of posts shall be filled by promotion from upper division clerks of the Bihar Secretariat Clerical Service. Such promotion shall be given on the basis of seniority and recommendation of departmental promotion committee constituted for this purpose in accordance with reservation roster. It will be essential to complete the minimum qualifying service i.e Kalawadhi as determined from time-to-time by Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department for promotion.

@ Nileash,don't woorry, nothing is going to happen in court directions.if you are already in merit list enjoy the moment & feel good. some candidates are creating rumours about appeal in SC.but I thing it is not right. it is not easy and feasible for unsuccessful candidates to fight in Apex Court.

bhai log, case no- cwjc/3429/3013 has been kept reserved by court for order on 25th feb. aur main koi rumour nahi faila raha hun. if injustice has been met, it should be corrected. i got a rank in 2600 being ageneral caste there is no hope for me why ?/ because q. no 111 was dropped and reasoning qs i didn't touch, it being wrong. so i lost two marks straight way. if i see minutely more than 5 qs. that should have been gone to my credit didn't reach me so i slipped to 2600 rank. do u think this is Justice.
this is a fact that students are seriously going to SC and like it happened with SI , i fear even SA will be disqualified after sometime. this case can never be reasoned upon by BSSC. they have made so many mistakes that they don't have any saving grace in the court room and i think any sensible person would agree with me. well, this is not to demean the achievements of others. they all are excellent candidates. i respect the labour and efforts put in by them .pls don't consider my comments as just another cynical statement. watever i write here is based on facts

Central service se state service me aane par pay protection milta hai ya nahi?agar individual equal pay grade me aa raha ho!

@jagji mere 22 feb 11.54pm and 23 feb 10.33 am ke comment mere undosto ke liye hai jo secretariat assistant ke service and promotion rule ke bare me jaanta chahte hai, chuki word file is site par upload nahi ki jaa sakti hai, isiliye maine uska kuch part comment kar diya, aap dono ko ek sath joint kar read karen to kaafi clear ho gayenga.
ek comment mere un dosto ke liye hai jinka comm/eco... se hai aur wah udyog vistar padhikari post ke bare me jaanana chahte honge, isliye maine Bihar industries deptt. ke pure post ka detail diya hai.
I am 100% agrre with you SAMYAKSAI and hope that some students who didn`t achive their goal due to the mistake done by bssc, I definitely assured them, they will get result of labour after the justice of court.

Neeraj ji or mirtunjay ji. lal bati kitne promotion ke bad milega.
Neeraj ji or mirtunjay ji aap dono court case ka koi update ni share kar rahe hai. Kal se to counseling start ho raha hai. uske bad court counseling ko cancel v kar sakta hai kaya.
Mritunjay jee ,niraj jee,, sahkarita prasar padadhikari ka pad kit a grade pay wala hai.kripya batain.950-1000 over all but Gen ko kon sa choice mil sakta hai

SAMAYAKSAI, aapne jo kaha hai thik hi kaha hai magar abhi tak kya question delete or change hue hai uska koi authentication nahi hai hindustan ne jo question publish kiya hai usme bhi kisi official ka reference nahi hai quet no 111 wala ko kis adhar per doubtful hindustan ne ghosit kiya hai aap ki tarah mujhe bhi ye samajh ke bahar hai aur yadi ye question delete or change hua hai to defnetly ranking me ane wale 99 percent logo ko nakusan hua hai .
aur ek baat aur hai ki counceling ka hona job dene ki garanti nahi hai to court counciling per rok kyo lagayega agar court ke adesh se se kuch bhi change hota hai to after councling bhi ho sakata hai
samyaksai and jyoti kumar ji, vivad to yahi hai bhai. kya 111 delete kiya hai? yadi kiya hai to bahut hi galat hai. jab 124 aur 125 ka dono option sahi hai A aur B to dono kyun nahi diya gaya? 123 ka option koi sahi nahi hai to woh question delete kiya ki nahi. questions to aur bhi hai seating arrangement wala ka kya kiya? option koi sahi nahi hai. to question delete kiya ki nahi? ek question me jo english aur hindi dono question se answer aa raha hai to dono option sahi diya ki nahi? aur bhi hain... bssc sab clear karke counselling aur joining karata to thik rahta sab ke liye. abhi tak sab adhar mein hi hai. court ka order par sab nirbhar hoga. a wrong may take bliss for the moment but ultimately what triumphs is the truth. jo SI ke saath hua wo bahut galat hua. having worked for some years if u r asked to leave the job, it's really most heinous of the crime on the part of BSSC inefficiency. i fear the same fate for SA also. god forbid if that happens a lot many career will be at stake. BSSC should stand up and correct the mistake. one thing is for sure that those who have suffered due to delinquecies of BSSC will go up to any extent to get justice. and it's matter of time before the justice is pronounced. Nitish ji may have big influence over judiciary but his hand is not long enough to grease the pockets of supreme court. we all should extend our whole hearted support to the efforts of them.

Aakhir ye samajh se pare hai ki bssc aisa kar koin raha hai.accha koi ye bataye ki galti se galat gola rangne kee baad w.nr lagane se kya ye sahi ho jayega.
@naveen kya apne aisa kiya tha,do-do option rangne per answer wrong mana jata hai.iske liye negative marking apply hota hai.
Samyaksai ji I heartly appreciate and support your feeling and understading on this matter.It is very risky for those candidates who are already in job , join SA without finishing the controvery.Precedence also very disheartening in such matter.
